摘要
目的研究狼毒大戟化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析进行分离纯化化合物,根据理化性质和现代波谱技术进行结构鉴定。结果从狼毒大戟根的石油醚部分分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为2,4-二羟基-6-甲氧基-3-甲基苯乙酮(1)、3,3′-二乙酰基-4,4′-二甲氧基-2,2′,6,6′-四羟基二苯甲烷(2)、2,4-二羟基-3-醛基-6-甲氧基苯乙酮(3)、富马酸(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)。结论5个化合物均为已知化合物,化合物3为首次从该植物中获得。
Objective To research the chemical constituents of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. Methods Compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of spectral data and physico-chemical property. Results Five compounds were obtained from Petroleum Ether extract of roots of Euphorbia fischeriana Steud. and identified as 2,4 -dihydroxy-6 -methoxy-3-methyl-acetophenone ( 1 ) ; 3,3′-diacetyl-4,4′ -dimethoxy-2,2′, 6, 6′-tetrahydroxy diphenylmethane ( 2 ) ; 2,4-dihydroxy-3-al-6-methoxyacetophenone ( 3 ) ; Fumaric acid ( 4 ) ; β-sitosterol ( 5 ). Conclusion All of them are known, and compound 3 is isolated from this plant for tile first time.
