乙酰肝素酶蛋白在皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的表达

Expression of heparanase protein in cutaneous malignant melanoma

目的探讨乙酰肝素酶蛋白在皮肤恶性黑素瘤中的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化酶(streptavidin-peroxidase,S-P)法检测乙酰肝素酶蛋白在30例皮肤恶性黑素瘤、30例交界痣及15例正常皮肤组织中的表达。结果皮肤恶性黑素瘤中乙酰肝素酶蛋白的阳性表达率明显高于交界痣患者和正常皮肤(P均<0.05),交界痣患者与正常皮肤相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论乙酰肝素酶蛋白的高表达可能与皮肤恶性黑素瘤的发生发展有关,有望作为治疗黑素瘤的靶点。

Objective To investigate the expression of heparanase （Hpa） protein in cutaneous malignant melanoma （CMM） and its significance. Methods The expressions of Hpa protein in 30 specimens of CMM,30 specimens of junctional nevus and 15 specimens of normal skin tissues were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The positive expression rate of Hpa protein in CMM was significantly higher than that in junctional nevus and normal skin tissues （P 〈 0.05 ）. However, there was no significant difference between junctional nevus and normal skin tissues in the positive expression rate of Hpa protein（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Overexpression of Hpa protein may play a potential role in the pathogenesis of CMM. Therefore, Hpa protein may have significant therapeutic implications as molecular target.
