高岭土诱导的大鼠脑积水的影像学特征 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察高岭土诱导的大鼠脑积水的CT及MRI特征表现。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为两组,Kaolin组:枕大池中注射2%高岭土悬液50μl,Saline组:枕大池中注射生理盐水50μl。结果在注射高岭土28d后,Kaolin组脑实质菲薄,色苍白,侧脑室扩张、积水,CT及MRI示颅内重度脑积水,大脑皮层受压萎缩。而Saline组则未见脑积水表现。结论枕大池注射高岭土可影响脑脊液的正常循环,诱发脑积水形成。 Objective To study the characteristics of CT and MR image of Kaolin induced hydrocephalus in rats.Methods Wistar rats in which 50μl volume of 2% Kaolin solution was injected into the cisterna magna with under microscope were randomly divided into two groups: group Kaolin,kaolin-injected group;And group saline,saline-injected group.Results It was showed by CT and MR Image that hydrocephalus was induced in Group Kaolin rats and whose ventricular system expanded as time goes on.The brain showed a thin cortex,with dilatation of lateral ventricles and partial adhesion,stenosis or obstruction of the cerebral aquaeductus.Some clumps of exfoliated cells were present in the third ventricle.Group Saline had not such signs.Conclusion Kaolin induced hydrocephalus rats influence the normal circulation of the cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),at last the hydrocephalus occurs.
