凌稚隆是明代著名出版家、史学家,著述甚丰,而各书所载互有出入,说法不一。综合分析各书所载,并根据方志、家谱等资料,对凌氏著述进行认真缜密考订,对于进一步研究凌稚隆有一定作用。

Ling Zhilong was a noted publisher and historian. He wrote many works but the number of works recorded varies in different publications. By generalizing the recorded publications and consulting the local chronicles and his family tree, this article studies conscientiously Ling Zhilong＇s works, which is conducive to having a further understanding of Ling Zhilong＇s works.
