改革开放与人们思想观念的嬗变

Reform and Opening-up and the Evolution of People's Ideological Concept

党的十一届三中全会以来,我国社会发生了广泛而深刻的变革,与此相适应的是,我国人民的思想观念也发生了广泛而深刻的变化,一大批陈腐过时的观念被改革的浪潮所淘汰,一系列与时代发展相适应的思想观念得以在改革开放的春风中涌现。这是历史前进的必然结果,也是时代进步的必要条件。但是,思想观念的嬗变并不都是正面的积极的,在改革浪潮中涌现出来的新观念,也难免掺杂着思想的泡沫,在对外开放中随着新鲜空气涌入的,也难免有苍蝇蚊子之类的害虫。所以,我们必须以理性的态度对待这种观念的革新,在吐故纳新中优选新思想,在推陈出新中保持自己的精华。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the llth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, there have been tremendously extensive and profound changes in people＇s ideological concept as well as in our society. A lot of new opening - up ideas which replace the outdated ones and keep up with the development of the times have emerged in the reform and opening - up and it is the inevitable result and essential condition of the historical progress. However, the evolution of ideas is not always positive, because negative ideas will also emerge and fuse with the good ideas. Therefore, we must hold a rational attitude towards the innovation of the ideological concept and make a proper judgment of selecting the excellent ideas and preserve their essence.
