乌鳖口服液治疗卵巢功能早衰临床观察

Clinical Observation of Effect of Wubie Oral Liquid on Premature Ovarian Failure

目的：探讨乌鳖口服液抗卵巢功能早衰的机理。方法：采用乌鳖口服液治疗女性卵巢功能早衰３０例，并与六味地黄丸对照组１５例进行疗效比较。结果：治疗组治愈２２例，好转６例，总有效率为９３．３％，明显优于对照组的５３．３％，Ｐ＜０．０１；在改善主要临床症状方面也优于对照组；并且能提高血清Ｅ２、降低ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ，治疗前后相比Ｐ＜０．０１。结论：乌鳖口服液能恢复女性卵巢功能，调节内分泌，改善症状。

Objective:To investigate into the mechanism of Wubie oral liquid in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Method:To treat 30 cases of the disease with Wubie oral liquid,compared with a control group of 15 patients treated with Bolus of Six Drugs Including Rehmannia.Result:In the treatment group,22 patients were cured of the disease,6 showed improvement,the total effective rate being 93.3%,which was much higher than the 53.3%in the control group( P <0.01).The liquid was also much better in relieving the main symptoms.It could also increase serum E 2 and reduce LH and FSH( P <0.01).Conclusion:Wubie oral liquid can recover ovary function,regulate endocrine,relieve symptoms and delay aging.
