摘要
针对管道泄漏点的定位问题,利用相关原理对管道泄漏检测进行阐述,给出漏点定位算法,并编写相关程序.采用离散快速傅里叶变换算法求解声波信号的互相关函数,确定信号相位差,通过对互相关算法中关键参数的计算方法及提高测量精度方法的研究,对泄漏点进行了大量定位检测试验.试验结果表明:将互相关算法应用于气体管道泄漏检测中,可以提高泄漏点定位精度和抗干扰能力,验证了该算法的有效性和实用性,实现了对管道漏损位置的定位.
Focused on the locating issue of leakage point, a theory of detecting the leaked pipeline was introduced with the interrelated theory. The locating algorithm for leakage point was given, and the related program was compiled. The cross-correlation function of sound wave signals was solved based on FFT algorithm, and the signal phase difference was determined. Through performing the researches on both key parameter calculating method and measure accuracy improving method in the cross-correlation algorithm, a number of locating experiments were conducted for leaked point. The experimental results show that to apply the cross-correlation algorithm in leakage detecting of gas pipeline can increase the locating accuracy for leakage point and enhance the disturbance resistance. The validity and practicability of the algorithm gets proved. The leakage point locating can be realized for the leaked pipeline.
