雷公藤合独活寄生汤治疗强直性脊柱炎临床观察

Effects of epidermal growth factor (EGF) on growth and spreading of HO 8910 PM ovarian cancer cell line

目的：分析强直性脊柱炎（ＡＳ）中医证型特点，观察雷公藤合独活寄生汤对不同证型ＡＳ的临床疗效。方法：将５５例强直性脊柱炎患者分为气虚血亏、阳虚寒凝、瘀血阻滞３个证型，服用雷公藤合独活寄生汤治疗。结果：不同证型的Ｘ线分期有显著性差异，其中瘀血阻滞型为重；临床总有效率为９４．５％；３组间有效率无显著差异，阳虚寒凝型的显效率明显高于气虚血亏型；治疗前后血沉的改变阳虚寒凝、气虚血亏型分别有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００１～０．０１）。结论：瘀血阻滞型Ｘ线表现最重，与“久病入络”观点相吻合；雷公藤合独活寄生汤对不同证型ＡＳ均有效。

Objective:To analyse the features of ankylosing spondylitis (AS) so as to provide basis for clinical treatment.Methods:55 cases of AS patients were divided into three types (deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold,and obstruction by blood stasis)and were treated with Radix Tripterygii and Pubescent Angelica and Loranthus Decoction.Result:X ray showed that the type of obstruction by blood stasis is the severe type.The therapeutic effect for the type of deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold is better than that for the type of deficiency of qi and blood.After treatment,ESR dropped more markedly in the type of deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold and the type of deficiency of qi and blood.Conclusion:The type of obstruction by blood stasis is the most serious type,which is consistent with the view of “long-lasting diseases affecting the channel.”Radix Tripterygii together with Pubescent Angelica and Loranthus Decoction is effective for different AS types,especially the type of deficiency of yang and accumulation of cold.
