加味生化汤饮片共煎与单煎的药效学研究

Pharmacodynamic Study of Herbal Pieces of Modified Decoction for Postpartum Troubles Decocted Together and Decocted Separately

目的：比较中药复方饮片共煎与单煎的效应差异。方法：就加味生化汤饮片共煎与单煎制剂对正常鼠离体子宫肌的收缩、止血等药理作用进行比较研究。结果：表明二者均能促进小鼠子宫肌的收缩强度、有显著的止血作用；共煎组在止血方面优于单煎组，其余未见明显差异。结论：不论共煎还是单煎，它们的效应大体一致。

Objective:To compare the effect of compound chinese herbal pieces decocted together and separately.Method:To investigate into the effect of herbal pieces of modified Decoction for Postpartum Troubles decocted together and separately on the pharmaceutical functions of muscle contraction,hemostasis,etc.Result:Both methods of decoction can promote muscle contraction and has marked effect of hemostasis.Herbal Pieces decocted together proved to be more effective than those decocted separately in hemostasis,but no other marked differences were detected.Conclusion:Both methods of decoction are effective,probably because the ratios between the effective components are similar.
