在线HILIC-RP二维液相色谱系统的构建及其评价 被引量:1

摘要 自1990年Jorgenson和他的学生Bushey实现了蛋白质的全二维分析以来,二维液相色谱发展迅速,已有多种联用模式出现,如SCX.RP、NP.RP、RP.RP等。其中,以NP.RP联用模式的正交性最高。由于流动相的兼容性不好,NP.RP二维系统往往采用将第一维溶剂蒸发或第一维采用低流量模式与第二维联用。系统比较复杂,难以实现广泛应用。
