碳糊电极伏安法间接测定曲克芦丁 被引量:1

摘要 曲克芦丁(Troxerutin),化学名7,3′,4′-三-[O-(2-羟乙基)]芦丁,其分子式为C33H44O19。它是芦丁经羟乙基化的半合成产物,亦是抗血栓药物维脑路通的主要组分。电化学分析法的对其的测定报道较少。本实验用碳糊电极吸附伏安法利用曲克芦丁在硫酸中的水解产物来间接测定曲克芦丁。该方法具有快速、灵敏度高、选择性好、稳定的特点。该方法用于药片中曲克芦丁含量的分析,结果令人满意。
