肥大细胞在大鼠经穴组织内的分布与脱颗粒观察

Distribution of mast cells in the tissues of the acupoints in rats

目的观察肥大细胞在经络皮部组织内的分布。方法取大鼠足三里穴区皮下组织和肌肉组织,采用甲苯胺蓝染色法。结果光镜下,可见穴区真皮内肥大细胞数量少,且分布分散;皮下组织内肥大细胞存在脂肪组织中,集中于血管周围,肥大细胞数量最多;肌肉组织内肥大细胞数量少,也多集中在血管周围。结论穴区组织中肥大细胞的分布可能与各部组织的功能密切相关,本结果为进一步研究穴位内肥大细胞的功能提供了一定形态学依据。

Objective To explore the distribution of mast cells in the tissues of the acupoints.Methods The tissues in the lateral surface of knee joint（Zusanli point,St36）,including cutis,subcutis and muscular tissue were studied in 5 Wistar rats under the light microscope.The slices were stained by toluifine blue.Results The mast cells were distributed widely from dermis（less） to subcutaneous tissue（more in the fatty tissue） and muscular tissue（less） near acupoint Zusanli,with more mast cells around blood vessels in the subcutis.Conclusion The close anatomic relationship between mast cells and adipocyte was reconfirmed in meridian acupoints.
