游离腓骨肌皮瓣修复下颌骨复合缺损

Reconstruction of oromandibular composite defects with vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flap

目的:探讨游离腓骨肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部软硬组织缺损疗效。方法:采用腓骨肌皮瓣修复12例下颌骨肿瘤患者术后所致缺损。结果:12例腓骨肌皮瓣全部成活,患者获得满意的外观和功能。结论:腓骨肌皮瓣可提供充足的骨组织和软组织,适合修复口腔下颌骨复合组织缺损。

Objective To study the characteristics of reconstruction of oromandibular composite defects by vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flaps. Methods Vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flaps were used to reconstruct the oromandibular composite defects in 12 patients after radical operation of mandibular tumors. Results All the 12 vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flaps survived completely. The appearances and functions were satisfactory in all patients. Conclusion The vascularized fibular osteomyocutaneous flap may offer enough bone and soft tissue to meet the need of oromandibular composite defects.
