摘要
目的:探讨血管生成素-2及其受体Tie2在肾透明细胞癌中的表达及与肿瘤血管生成、肿瘤组织发生、发展之间的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法,分别检测80例肾透明细胞癌组织及10例癌旁组织中血管生成素-2,Tie2及CD34的表达,根据CD34染色结果计算微血管密度。结果:肾透明细胞癌组织中血管生成素-2、Tie2阳性表达率分别为61.25%,58.75%,均明显高于癌旁组织(P<0.05);血管生成素-2和Tie2的表达与肾透明细胞癌患者血尿、临床分期以及淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);血管生成素-2和Tie2阳性表达组微血管密度均高于阴性表达组(P<0.05)。结论:血管生成素-2和Tie2在肾透明细胞癌发生和转移过程中起重要作用,并与肿瘤血管生成关系密切。
Objective To investigate the expressions of angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in clear cell renal carcinoma and the relationship with tumor angiogenesis and the process of carcinogenesis of clear cell renal carcinoma. Methods The expressions of angiopoietin-2, Tie-2 and CD34 were determined with immunohistochemistry in tissue sections from 80 cases of clear cell renal carcinoma and 10 cases of normal nephridial specimens. Microvessel density was counted according to the result of CD34 protein staining. Results The positive rates of angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 expression in clear cell renal carcinoma were 61.25% and 58.75%, higher than those in normal nephridial tissue(P〈0.05). The expressions of angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 in tissues of clear cell renal carcinoma were correlated to hematuria, clinical stage and metastasis of clear cell renal carcinoma(P〈0. 05). The microvessel density was higher in positive expressions of angiopoietin 2 and Tie-2 than in negative group (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Angiopoietin-2 and Tie-2 may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and metastasis of clear cell renal carcinoma. They may also have an important role in tumor angiogenesis of clear cell renal carcinoma.
