P-选择素与过敏性紫癜研究进展

Progress in research of P-selectin and Henoch-Schnlein purpura

过敏性紫癜(Henoch-Schnlein purpura,HSP)是儿童时期最常见的一种血管炎性疾病,可以累及皮肤、关节、胃肠道、肾脏等多器官系统。其病因和发病机制尚未完全明确。近年来众多学者对该病的研究取得较大的进展与突破,有研究发现,黏附分子P-选择素与HSP发病相关。文章就HSP与P-选择素研究进展作一综述。

Henoch-Schnlein purpura （HSP） is the most common vasculitis disease in childhood. It is a multisystem disease that most commonly affects skin,joints,gastrointestine and kidneys. The causes and pathogenetic mechanisms underlying HSP have not been understood yet. Recently great progress have been made on HSP and attention has been paid to the relationship between P-selectin and HSP. This article summarizes recent work in the advancement of P-selectin and HSP.
