快中子对X和γ射线诱发淋巴细胞微核效应的比较研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的比较2.14MeV中子对180kVX射线和60Coγ射线诱发微核的效应。方法用不同剂量快中子、X射线和γ射线照射离体人血,观察双核淋巴细胞微核,求出快中子对X和γ射线的相对生物效能。结果2.14MeV中子对180kVX射线和60Coγ射线的相对生物效能在1~3Gy范围内,随剂量增加而降低,平均分别为3.88和4.50。结论2. bjective\ To compare the effectiveness of 2.14MeV neutrons versus 180kV X- rays and 60~Co γ rays in producing micronuclei in human lymphocytes.Methods\ Heparinized whole blood samples were exposed to fast neutrons,X rays and 60~Co γ rays,respectively.Micronuclei in binuclear lymphocytes(CB method)were scored.Relative biological effectiveness (RBE) values were derived.Results\ RBE values of 2.14MeV neutrons ranging from 1 to 3 Gy decreased with increasing dose.They averaged 3.88(D x/D n) and 4.50(Dγ/Dn),respectively.Conclusion\ 2.14MeV neutrons have higher biological effectiveness in inducing micronuclei.
