摘要
为研究载脂蛋白B(apoB)基因限制性片段长度多态性与动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(ACI)的关系,采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测了国人85例ACI和56例正常人(NC)的apoB基因的XbaⅠ位点多态性。结果显示:中国人XbaⅠ位点等位基因频率与国外种族有差异。本研究X+等位基因频率高于日本人、新加坡人,低于印度人、南亚人及欧洲人。NC组X-X+基因型血浆总胆固醇(TC)水平明显高于X-X-基因型(P<0.001)。X-X-基因型个体:ACI组血浆TC、甘油三酯(TG)、apoB、Lp(a)水平明显高于NC组,apoA水平明显低于NC组。提示:X-X-基因型可能与ACI患者血脂异常有关。
XbaI polymorphic sites of the apolipoprotein B gene was examined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique in samples of 85 cases with documented atherosclerotic cerebral infarction (ACI) and 56 normal control subjects(NC). The results showed differences of the frequencies of X+ allele between Chinese and foreigners. The frequency of the X+ allele in Chinese was higher than thet in Japanese and Singaporeans, and lower than that in Indian, South Asian and Europeans. Healthy individuals with genotype of X-X+ had significantly higher plasma TC levels than those with genotype of X-X-(P<0001). Patients of X-X- genotype had significantly higher TC, TG, apoB, Lp(a), and lower apoA level than that of NC. The data suggest that X-X- genotype may be associated with variation of plasma lipid in patients with ACI.
