摘要
为研究兔动脉粥样硬化和球囊损伤前后血浆血栓素B2(TxB2)/6-酮前列腺素F1α(6-Keto-PGF1α)及东菱克栓酶的影响,应用高胆固醇饮食饲养的方法建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型。行血管内膜球囊剥脱术。动物随机分为治疗组(n=10)和对照组(n=8)。分别检测高胆固醇饮食饲养前、血管内膜球囊剥脱术前、术后即刻、术后30天血浆TxB2、6-Keto-PGF1α的含量及两者比值。结果提示,动脉粥样硬化后及血管球囊损伤后血浆TxB2/6-Keto-PGF1α均升高,东菱克栓酶能降低血TxB2/6-Keto-PGF1α值。
In order to study changes in plasma TxB2/6KetoPGF1α and effect of Batroxobin(DF521) after balloon injury of atherosclerotic arteries in rabbits, arterial atheroslerosis model was established in rabbits by feeding hypercholesterol diet. Model rabbits underwent endothelial debridement of the right iliac arteries were randomized into two groups: treatment group (n=10) and control group (n=8). The blood plasma TxB2, 6KetoPGF1α, TxB2/6KetoPGF1α levels were measured respectively prior feeding hypercholesterol diet, before, immediately and 30 days after balloon injury . The result demonstrated that: after atherosclerosis plasma TxB2/6KetoPGF1α is elevated; balloon injury caused on increase in plasma TxB2/6KetoPGF1α; Batroxobin(DF521) significantly decreased the plasma TxB2/6KetoPGF1α.
