摘要
为了解培哚普利(Perindopril)降压治疗对内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(NO)的影响,测定24例老年高血压病人治疗前后血浆ET和NO稳定代谢产物NO-2/NO-3(NO-x)水平。结果显示:治疗8周后血浆ET水平从(74.05±11.09)×10-9g/L降至(62.09±12.51)×10-9g/L(P<0.05);ET/NO-x比值从(1.21±0.38)明显下降至(0.72±0.18)g/L(P<0.05);而NO-x水平明显升高,从(69.90±24.45)μmol/L升至(97.59±20.55)μmol/L(P<0.05)。
To investigate the influence of antihypertensive effect of perindopril on plasma endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide(NO), plasma were measured metabolites of ET and NO, products NO_2^-/NO_3^-(NO_x^-), in 24 elderly essential hypertension patients. The results showed that after 8 weeks of perindopril treatment, there were significant decreases in ET(74.05±11.09×10-9 g/L to 6209±1251×10-9 g/L, P<005) and ET/NO-x ratio(121±038 to 072±018, P<005) At the same time, NO-x increased significantly (6990±2445 μmol/L to 9759±2055 μmol/L, P<005). These findings suggest that the antihypertensive effect of perindopril may partly attribute to changes in concentrations of ET and NO.
