摘要
在实验室条件下,对淡色库蚊抗溴氰菊酯品系和敏感品系的生物学特性作了对比性研究。抗性品系的产卵力、化蛹率和羽化率分别比敏感品系下降44.8%、17.63%和8.9%,散卵率增加22.5%,羽化前期时间延长1.32天,雌、雄成虫体重分别增加0.202mg和0.231mg,雌、雄成虫寿命分别缩短3.93天和4.74天。以上指标均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。表明淡色库蚊溴氰菊酯抗性与繁殖不利有关。
The biotic parameters were observed for susceptible (SS) and deltamethrinresistant (RR) strains of Culex pipiens pallens in laboratory. In the RR strain, fecundity, percentage of pupation and emergence decreased 448%, 176% and 89%, percentage of scatter egg increased 225%, the time from hatching to emergence prolonged 132 days, the weight of female and male adults increased by 0202 mg and 0132 mg, the lifespan of both adults reduced by 393 days and 474 days (P<001), respectively. The results indicated that deltamethrin resistance of the mosquito was related to disadvantage of reproduction.
