珊瑚姜油对常见耐药菌的抑菌作用及急性毒性实验 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究珊瑚姜油(Zingiber corallinum Hanceoil)对耐药菌的作用以及珊瑚姜油的急性毒性,以确定珊瑚姜油的抗菌作用和安全性。方法纸片法药敏实验,探讨珊瑚姜油对耐药菌的抑菌作用。通过空腹灌胃法,观察珊瑚姜油对小鼠毒性反应,测定半数致死剂量(LD50)。结果珊瑚姜油对耐药革兰阴性大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、阴沟杆菌、鲍曼不动杆菌有明显的抑菌作用(P<0.05),对铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用不明显,但与对照组比较差异仍有统计学意义(P<0.05);对耐药革兰阳性菌金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、溶血性葡萄球菌也有一定的抑菌作用(P<0.05)。松油烯-4-醇含量为79%的珊瑚姜油的抑菌作用明显好于含量为34%的珊瑚姜油(P<0.05)。珊瑚姜油LD50为1 790.427 mg/kg。结论珊瑚姜油为低毒性药物,对耐药菌有明显的抑菌作用,松油烯-4-醇是其主要的抑菌成分。 Objective To determine the antibacterial effect of the oil extracted from Zingiber corallinum Hance on inhibiting drug-resistant bacteria and acute toxicity.Methods Susceptibility test of paper disk method was used to investigate the effect of Zingiber corallinum Hance oil inhibiting drug-resistant bacteria.The oral gavage experiment of fasting mice was used to observe the effect of the oil's acute toxicity and to determine half lethal dose(LD50).Results Zingiber corallinum Hance oil excerted obvious inhibitory effect on gram-negative drug-resistance bacteria(P0.05),such as Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Enterobacter cloacae and Acinetobacter baumannii,but the inhibitory effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa was not obvious.Zingiber corallinum Hance oil also had inhibitory effect on gram-positive drug-resistant bacteria(P0.05),such as Staphylococcus aureus,Staphylococcus epidermidis and hemolytic Staphylococcus.The oil containing 79% terpinene-4-alcohol showed better bacteriostatic action than that of 34% content(P0.05).The LD50 of Zingiber corallinum Hance oil is 1 790.427 mg/kg.Conclusion As a low toxicity drug,Zingiber corallinum Hance oil obviously inhibits drug-resistant bacteria,and terpinene-4-alcohol is an important inhibitory competent content of the oil.
