人组织激肽释放酶基因家族研究进展
摘要
人组织激肽释放酶（HK）是一组分泌型丝氨酸水解酶，由激肽释放酶（KLK）基因编码，有15个家族成员，是迄今所知人类丝氨酸蛋白酶最大的家族。HK主要在前列腺、乳腺、卵巢以及睾丸等产生类固醇激素的组织或激素依赖性的组织中表达^[1]，可分为组织激肽释放酶和血浆激肽释放酶丽大类，这两种激肽释放酶在相对分子质量大小、底物特异性、免疫学特性、
