环境中PAEs的分析方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 邻苯二甲酸酯(phthalate esters,PAEs)是目前用量较大、应用范围较广的一类增塑剂,用以增加高聚物的可塑性。PAE通过范德华力同高聚物结合,容易逸出基体而通过各种迁移途径进入环境。PAEs具有致畸和致突变性,属环境内分泌干扰物。由于环境中PAEs的含量较低,通常采用预分离富集结合高端仪器的方法进行定量测定。本文综述了各种富集PAEs的技术以及检测方法,对于较适用环境检测手段的固相萃取-色谱测定过程做了重点介绍。 esters (PAEs) are a group of organic chemicals produced on a large scale and used in a wide range of consumer goods. PAEs are mainly used asplasticizer to improve the flexibility and workability of polymeric materials. Some of PAEs have been considered as endocrine - disrupting compounds . The disposition of PAEs is very low, so most of the researchers comined enrichment and precision instruments to detect them. In this paper ,the writer emphasis to introduce solid - phase extraction union color spectrum to detect PAEs in enviromont.
