高速涡轮钻在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除中的临床应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的评价高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙作用,探求一种为临床医师及患者所乐于接受的较为简单易行拔除方法。方法门诊下颌近中低位阻生及水平阻生第三磨牙250例随机分为实验组130例(采用高速涡轮钻拔除)和对照组120例(采用凿劈法拔除),比较两组手术时间、术后疼痛、张口受限程度及干槽症发病率。结果纳入观察范围的250颗牙齿,两组手术时间及干槽症的发病率比较有显著统计学差异(P<0.05);两组术后疼痛和张口受限程度的构成比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论高速涡轮能准确断开牙齿位置,卸载邻牙阻力彻底,去除骨阻力快捷,能很好的执行治疗计划,明显减轻病人痛苦及恐惧心理,显著缩短手术时间,明显减轻患者术后疼痛、张口受限,避免了干槽症等不良反应。 Objective To quest an easier method of extraction of mandibular third molars that doctors and patents be willing to accept by evaluating the contribution of the high speed turbodrill in extraction of impacted mandibular third molars.Method All 250 outpatients of mesioangular low or horizontal impacted mandibular third molars were divided randomly into treatment group(extracted by high speed turbodrill) of 130 cases and control group of 120 cases(extracted by chisel to split),compared two groups in the operating time,the ache of postoperative,a reduced mouth opening,the incidence of dry socket.Results In all 250 impacted molars,there were significant difference in the operating time and the incidence of dry socket between treatment group and controlled group(P0.05),treatment group and controlled were significant difference in the constituent ratio of the ache of postoperative and reduced mouth opening(p0.05).Conclusion Using high speed turbodrill can significantly short the operating time,alleviate the ache of postoperative and reduced mouth opening,reduce the incidence of dry socket,so it deserve to be popularized.
