胃逆行减压、空肠造瘘治疗食管癌贲门癌术后吻合口瘘

Management of leakage of anastomosis in esophageal and cardia carcinoma-stomach retrograde drainage and jejunostomy operation

目的探讨食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的有效治疗方法。方法回顾性分析我院近8年来食管癌、贲门癌术后发生12例吻合口瘘的治疗经验。结果12例胸内吻合口瘘经过胃逆行减压、空肠造瘘术治疗全部治愈,治愈率100%。结论胃逆行减压、空肠造瘘术是治疗食管癌、贲门癌术后吻合口瘘的有效而值得提倡的方法。

Objective To investigate the effective treatment of anastomotic fistula after transthoracic esophagectomy.Methods From June 2001 to May 2008,12 cases with anastomotic fistulas following esophagectomy were enrolled in the study.Treatment was analyzed retrospectively.Results The patients included 7males and 5 females.The age ranged from 38 to 82 years old（median age 61.5）.The 12 patients were cured with the stomach retrograde drainage and jejunostomy operation,the curative rate was 100%.Conclusions Esophageal and cardia anastomotic fistula can be managed successfully with little morbidity by means of stomach retrograde drainage and jejunostomy operation.
