摘要
在采用强化烧结法新工艺提高熟料窑产能的过程中,发现熟料窑尾电收尘系统效率降低,除尘能力明显不足,排放烟气含尘量有时超过国家允许的排放标准。在深入分析与研究的基础上,找到熟料窑尾电收尘系统除尘效率降低和能力不足的原因,提出该系统技术改进总体方案并实施,取得显著效果。
In the course of improving the clinker kiln's capacity by the intensified sintering process, the article finds that the efficiency of the electric dust collector system in clinker kiln tail is decreased, the capacity of the dust removal is obviously insufficient, the dust content of discharged gas surpasses the discharge standard of the national environmental protection request. Based on further analysis and research, it finds out the cause of decreasing efficiency and insufficient capacity, puts forward the general scheme of the technical transformation on the system. Practice obtains remarkable effect.
