摘要
目的:介绍一种全身照射中以"校准孔法"确定肺挡块位置的方法,并评价其应用效果。方法:在固定肺挡块的泡沫塑料模板上镂一方孔,将射野光野灯透过该方孔的投影,作为调整、校正肺挡块的位置的参照。对8例病人拍片验证,测量胸片上肺与挡块投影的偏差并与传统挡肺方法比较。结果:"校准孔法"肺挡铅在头足方向和身体侧向偏差均小于传统方法。结论:"校准孔法"是一种简单有效的提高全身照射肺屏蔽精度的技术,实用性强,值得进一步研究推广。
Objective: To introduce estimate a technique of "regulative aperture method" in locating lung block in TBI. Meth- ods: We excavated a square aperture in the foam template which is used to fasten the lung block, and the projection formed by the field light through the aperture is used as the reference for adjusting the location of the lung block. Measure the windage of lung shades and block shades by X-ray, in 8 patients. Results: windage values of head-feet and left-right orientations are small- er in "regulative aperture mode" than in conventional method respectively. Conclusions: "Regulative aperture method " is an easy and effective technique to improve lung shielding precision in TBI.
