Through 3 year-case-teaching practice in medical physics teaching, case teaching has been bettered and systemized. Case and case teaching has become one of the standard teaching methods in teacher education. For the application of case teaching to medical physics teaching, correct understanding of the definition is needed for the selected cases. The diversity of teaching is also imperative for the feature of medical physics teaching. Based on experiences, it reinforces students＇ perception, creative ability and cultivates their practical ability for the job prospect. Meanwhile, it enhances instructors＇ teaching level by win-win effect.
