摘要
对某公司Ⅲ期十台MPS212型中速磨煤机投产后相当长的一段时间内频繁发生磨煤机内部煤粉自燃爆炸现象、严重影响安全文明生产的重大问题进行原因分析,并介绍对设备系统进行技术改造的方法以及效果对比。
Safety in production can be influenced seriously by the frequent natural explosion in coal mills. The reasons for the frequent natural explosion on ten MPS212 midvelocity coal mills of a certain corporation are analyzed, and the improvements in equipment system as well as the comparative results are presented.
