摘要
文章详尽叙述了近红外长线阵InGaAs成像技术的军事需求、系统原理、关键技术及设备的主要技术特点,其中的关键技术包括近红外长线列探测器的图像生成及处理、直方图均衡、光学扫描系统的设计、积分时间的自适应调节等,分析了该技术应用于光电侦察的可行性及其技术优势,并提出了该技术的发展设想。
Military demand, system principle, key technology and main technical characteristics of NIR long - linear InGaAs CCD array imaging technique are described in detail in this paper. The Main technique includes generation of image, Histogram equalization, optical scanning system design, self- adaptive adjustment of inte- gral time. Feasibility and technical advantages for this technique to be used for E/O reconnaissance is analyzed. And some potential ideas for furture development are presented.
