高等学校后勤物业企业人力资源管理分析 被引量:1

摘要 随着大学后勤社会化改革,高等学校物业企业在人力资源管理方面不符合现代企业的发展需要,对此类企业的社会化发展和市场竞争力提升都有巨大影响,因此必须参照社会物业企业,按照现代企业的要求制定符合高等学校后勤物业企业特点的人力资源管理体系。高等学校后勤物业企业人力资源普遍存在组成人员成分多样化、编制情况复杂、员工平均文化低、专业知识与专业技能缺乏、人员流动率高,人才流失严重等问题,导致人力资源管理存在劳动关系处理方式不统一、缺少完善的绩效考核体系、员工晋升机会不平等、缺乏与市场接轨的薪酬管理体系、没有系统的岗位培训体系等问题出现。高等学校后勤物业企业人力资源管理应该推进体制改革,转变人力资源管理职能,建立健全绩效考核体系,创建公平合理的员工晋升机会,建立与市场接轨的薪酬体系,形成系统的岗位培训体系。 In the socialization-oriented logistical reform of China colleges and universities, the college property enterprises attached to college logistical groups have been reduced to inferority in the competition with the community property enterprise. Too much dependence on the college logistical groups has caused the college property enterprises to fail to meet the developmental requirement of modern enterprises in the aspect of human resources management, which will adversely affect both the socialization-oriented development of similar enterprises and improvement of their competitive power. Therefore, it is suggested that the college property enterprises consult the similar community property enterprises and on the basis of the requirements on building modem enterprises establish their human resources management system agreeing with the features of the college property enterprises. Currently, the problems of diversity of staff, complicated formations, poor educational level of the employees, their shortage of expertise, too consequent flow of personnel, the severe brain drain, etc widely exist in the college property enterprises attatched to the college logistical groups, which have caused varieties of problems of human resources management, such as chaotic ways of dealing with labour relationship, shortage of a complete system for appraisal of benefits and achievements, unequal opportunities of promotion, disagreement of wage management with maeket, failure in setting up a complete system for training in post-related skills, etc. Therefore, it is also suggested that the property enterprises attached to college logistics.
