高等学校实施大学生挫折教育的探讨 被引量:13

摘要 当代大学生以20世纪八九十年代出生的独生子女为主体,他们遇到挫折时普遍表现出较弱的抗挫能力,这直接影响到学生在校的学习生活和未来发展。强化对大学生的挫折教育是全面提高大学生素质的迫切要求,是提高大学生社会生存能力和竞争力的有效途径。高等学校教育工作者应该借鉴西方挫折教育的先进经验,并遵循渗透性与集中教育相结合、教育与自我教育相结合、学校与家庭及社会三结合等原则,创新挫折教育的形式与内容,通过建立系统的宣传阵地、提供专门的咨询服务、开展有针对性的校园活动、搭建学校与社会相结合的教育平台等途径培养学生的坚强意志和乐观精神,提高大学生的抗挫折能力。 Most contemporary university students were born in 1980s and 1990s. They usually betray their weaknesses when frustrated, which adversely affects the students' learning and development in school. Therefore, to strengthen the anti-frustration education of college students becomes both an urgent need to improve their quality and an effective way to improve the survival and competitive capability of the college students. University teachers are suggested to learn the advanced experience from the Western anti-frustration education, follow the principle of permeability combined with intensive education, education combined with self-education, school combined with family and society, and innovate the form and content of anti-frustration education. It is also suggested that the systematic propaganda positions be established; specialized consulting services be provided; targeted campus activities be carried out; the educational platform that combines school with community be built and so on, in order to help the students to cultivate strong will and optimism and improve their ability to fight setbacks.
