低温体外循环期间胃粘膜PCO_2及胃粘膜pH的变化 被引量:12

摘要 目的:研究低温体外循环(CPB)期间胃粘膜PCO2及胃粘膜pH(pHi)的变化。方法:对15例心内直视手术病人进行临床研究。结果和结论:CPB停机前胃粘膜PCO2显著增高,pHi显著降低。CPB期间存在胃粘膜低灌流和酸中毒,胃粘膜产生CO2增加。胃粘膜PCO2是一种反映胃粘膜缺血缺氧较简便可靠的指标。 Objective:To investigate the changes of gastric intramucosal PCO 2 and gastric intramucosal pH(pHi) during hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:A clinical study was carried out in 15 patients undergoing open heart surgery.Results and Conclusion:The gastric intramucosal PCO 2 increased and the pHi decreased significantly at the end of CPB.There were gastric mucosal hypoperfusion and acidosis during CPB.The increased intramucosal PCO 2 was primarily related to an increased production of CO 2 in the gastric mucosa.The gastric intramucosal PCO 2 monitoring may be a relatively simple measure to reflect the presence of gastric mucosal hypoperfusion.
