摘要
以中国热带农业科学院为例,通过对科研院所应急管理特点的剖析,从提高认识、加大投入、健全机制、提升能力等四个方面对提升科研院所应急管理能力提出建议。
The characteristics of emergency management system for research institutions are described, taking the Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） as an example. Some suggestions on improvement of emergency management capability of CATAS are brought forth in the aspects of improvement of awareness, investment and mechanism and capability building.
