摘要
对中国热带农业科学院行政效能监察的现状与问题进行分析,并针对这些问题提出提高对行政效能监察内涵的认识,延伸行政效能监察工作触角,建立完善的领导体制和工作机制,增强行政效能监察工作的针对性,完善行政效能监察工作的制度建设等行政效能监察建设的措施。
The present status of the supervision of administrative efficiency of Chinese Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences （CATAS） are described, and the problems arising from the supervision of the CATAS＇s administrative efficiency are pinpointed, based on which some suggestions on construction of administrative efficiency supervision are proposed, including improvement of awareness about contents of administrative efficiency supervision, expansion of activities of administrative efficiency supervision, improvement of leadership system and working mechanism, having clear in mind the activities of administrative efficiency supervision, improvement of system establishment for the administrative efficiency supervision, etc.
