摘要
采用毛细管气相色谱内标法测定羟乙基乙二胺中的乙二胺含量．结果表明。乙二胺在0．12．0ms／mL范围内的线性关系良好（r=0．9997），检出限为0．02m/mL，方法的精密度RSD为1．7％（n=6），加标回收率在95％～101％．
Ethylenediamine in 2 - （2 - Aminoethylamino） ethanol was determined by capillary gas chromatography with internal standard method, The results showed that calibration curves presented good linear relationship in the range of 0.1 ～ 2.0 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9997. The detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/mL. The relative standard deviation （RSD） of the method was 1.7% （n =6）. The recovery achieved 95% ～101%.
