摘要
对某柴油机的15种工况进行示功图测试,并对其数据进行Fourier级数处理.通过1~6缸发动机的往复惯性力矩和气体力矩的比较,发现往复惯性力矩在一定程度上起着平衡由气体力矩引起的激振力矩的作用,但各缸发动机的平衡作用不一,偶数缸发动机的往复惯性力矩对于平衡气体力矩的作用较为显著,其中又以4缸发动机最为明显.
The diesel engine indicator diagrams under 15 different working conditions were tested and their data were processed by Fourier series.Comparing of the gas moment of force and the reciprocating moment of inertia of one-to six-cylinder engines,the result shows that the reciprocating moment of inertia,to a certain extent,plays a role in balancing exciting moment caused by the gas moment of force and the balancing effects are different for the engines with different cylinder numbers.The effect of even-cylinder engine is more remarkable,especially four-cylinder engine.
