摘要
根据某车型的后副车架结构建立了有限元模型.利用有限元分析(FEA)软件对该副车架在转弯工况下的静态强度进行分析,结果表明:该副车架受到的最大应力值小于材料的屈服强度,满足设计的要求.对副车架进行模态分析,计算出副车架的模态振型与相应的固有频率,并通过固有频率与振型从整体上考虑副车架的局部强度问题.同时,以副车架的材料厚度为设计变量,以副车架质量为设计目标,对副车架进行了改进设计.
A Finite element model of a car sub-frame structure was established and the static strength of the sub-frame in the situation of swerve was analyzed by FEA software.The result indicated that the maximum stress of the sub-frame was in the limit of the yield strength and satisfied with the design requirement.Calculated mode vibration model and corresponding proper frequency of the sub-frame were based on mode analysis,thus the local strength was analyzed as a whole.The design of the sub-frame was improved with the material thickness as a design variable and the mass as the design target.
