摘要
为研究景天三七幼苗耐盐机制,用不同浓度NaCl溶液50、100、2004、00 mmol/L处理景天三七幼苗,第0、3、7、15、30 d取样,分别测定鲜重、SOD、POD、CAT、MDA、Pro、可溶性糖含量。结果盐胁迫下,景天三七幼苗50 mmol/L处理平均日增重,比对照显著增加4.8%;100 mmol/L处理与对照相比差异不显著;200 mmol/L处理比对照显著降低了16.17%;400 mmol/L处理,植株死亡。MDA、SOD、POD、CAT、Pro、可溶性糖含量均随盐浓度增加而增加,并且在处理第30 d时,各项指标均趋于稳定。并且说明景天三七最大耐盐浓度为200 mmol/L,而且在50 mmol/L低盐处理下,鲜重比对照增加了2.7%,低盐胁迫激活了植物的某些生理机制,以利植物生长。
The salt-tolerant mechanism of Sedum aizoon seedling under different concentrations of NaCl solution (50,100,200,400 mmol/L)was studied by measuring the fresh weight,SOD,POD,CAT,MDA,Pro,soluble sugar after treating for 0,3,7,15 and 30 days. The average daily growth amount of fresh weight was increased 4.8 % under 50 mmol/L, and no significant change was found under 100 mmol/L,it was decreased 9.2 under 200 mmol/L and died under 400 mmol/L. The contents of MDA, SOD,POD, CAT, Pro and soluble sugar were increased along with the salt concentration. And all the physiological indexes stabilized after 30 days treatment. The maximum salt concentration which Sedum aizoon seedling could stand was 200 mmol/L.
