HPLC测定调经祛斑片中芍药苷的含量

The Method of Determining paeoniflorin in Tiaojing Quban tabletsby HPLC

目的:建立调经祛斑片中芍药苷的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱:Shim-pack柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(14∶86);梯度洗脱;流速1.0mL.min-1;检测波长:230nm。结果:芍药苷线性范围为0.1～2.0μg,r=0.9999;平均回收率为99.12%,RSD=0.63%。结论:该方法准确,简便,易行,重复性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of paeoniflorin in Tiaojing Quban tablets.Methods：ODS-C18 column was adopted;The mobile phasa consisted of Acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid（14：86） acid solution with gradieal elution at a flow rate of 1.0mL·min^-1;The detection wavelength was 230nm.Results：A good linear was obtained in the range of 0.1-2.0ug,r=0.9999;The average recovery was 99.12﹪（RSD=0.63﹪）.Conclusions：The results show that the method is accurate,reproducible,simple,and can be used for the quality control of Tiaojing Quban tablets.
