摘要
分析了我国矿业权有偿取得存在的问题,以及由此带来的不良后果,提出了完善矿业权有偿取得制度的必要性,以及完善《矿产资源法》及相关配套法规、加强矿业权市场运作中的技术规范和标准体系建设、完善矿业权市场中介服务的对策建议。
The problems in acquisition for value of mining right in China and the harmful consequences were analyzed.It was necessary to perfect acquisition for value of system of mining right,to perfect Mineral Resources Law and related laws and regulations,to strengthen technical specifications and standard system construction in running of mining right market,and to perfect countermeasures in agency service of mining right market
