摘要
研究了酸化水玻璃对石英-萤石型矿石浮选的选择性抑制作用,消除金属离子对石英的活化,采用一精再磨、七次精选的浮选工艺,获得含CaF297.2%、SiO22.3%、回收率为75.3%的萤石精矿,并对酸化水玻璃的抑制作用进行了探讨。
Selectivity depressing effect of acidized water glass on quartz-fluorite type ores was studied.The acidized water glass could eliminate activating effect of metallic ion on quartz.Use of the process of primary cleaning flotation,regrinding and seven-stage cleaning flotation could achieve a fluorite concentrate with 97.2% CaF2,2.3% SiO2 and a recovery of 75.3%.
