摘要
社会对物流连锁专业群的需求,首先是人才智力资源方面的需求.物流连锁专业群服务社会的主要途径为:创新培养模式,输送优质人才;创办经营实体,服务社会;开展全面合作,提供技术服务;建立培训网络,服务继续教育和再就业;开放教学资源等.
Social demand for logistics as a specialty group is a potential need of capable human resources. Hence the paper argues for an innovative training model to helptrain high quality human resources, establish business entities, carry out comprehensive cooperation, provide technical services, build training networks, serve continuing education and re-employment, open education resources and so on.
