摘要
作为福柯的成熟之作,《规训与惩罚》通过对监狱制度诞生的案例向读者展示了"规训社会"的形成过程。这个过程充满了断裂和偶然,福柯以谱系学的方法生动而真实地揭示出"权力—知识"关系何以成为人类肉体(身体)的牢笼,而人类又何以对此浑然不觉。主体化似乎是人类不可抗拒的命运,而晚期的福柯又通过其关切自身的伦理学(生存美学)超越形塑主体的权力与知识。
As a mature work of Foucault,Discipline and Punishment reveals the process of the formation of 'disciplinary society' to readers by taking the founding of prison institution for example.This process is full of rupture and haphazard events,and Foucault shows how the 'power-knowledge' relationship binds up the body of human being who is unaware of it.Thererfore,subjectification is the unavoidable destiny of human being.However,Foucault in his later life transcends the power and knowledge that mould the body by means of ethnics pertaining to self,namely aesthetics of existence.
