Escalation of the Value of Industry Chain Based on Technology Learning:A Case Study of Taiwan IC Industry

摘要通过对台湾地区IC产业发展的回顾,讨论在技术学习过程中,国家、研究机构(大学)与企业所扮演的角色与不同阶段中的主导支配性。研究产业技术学习过程中,企业如何克服先进技术的寻找问题,并将之成功转移到后进区域,建构整个生产体系的产业技术能力,并针对我国内地的发展提出相关建议。 Based on the review of the development of Taiwan IC Industry,the paper discusses the different roles of nation,research institute (university) and enterprises in the process of learning techniques.Then it is pointed out that enterprises overcome the difficulties in seeking for suitable techniques and its application and succeed in transfering the techniques to the less developed areas by means of commercialization.So it is possible for the enterprises to obtain the capability of constructing the holistic production system.In the end,it proposes the relevant suggestions for the development of industry in Chinese mainland.
