幽门螺杆菌在十二指肠溃疡及其出血中的作用

The role of Helicobater pylori on duodenal ulcer and its bleeding

对１１７例住院的ＤＵ患者行胃窦粘膜ＨＰ检查及血清ＨＰ－ＩｇＧＡｂ测定。ＤＵ患者的ＨＰ检出率为８２．４％，ＤＵ伴出血者的ＨＰ阳性率为８２．９％。采用根除ＨＰ三联疗法能促进止血，症状及体征在３～４天内消失。

The Helicobater pylori (HP) in the gastric antrum mucosa was detected and the serum HP-IgGAb was also determined from 117 inpatients with duodenal ulcer (DU). Results showed that the HP detectable rate was 82.4 percent in patients with DU and HP positive rate of 82.9 percent occurred in those with HP concomitant with bleeding. The patients were teated with triple therapy for Helicobactor pylori eradication. The triple therapy for Helicobactor pylori eradication is good for hemostasis and signs and syndroms disappeared within 3～4 days. All the patients were cured.
