摘要
目的探讨慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)患者骨髓细胞中Cox-2与Bcl-2的表达与意义。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测42例CML患者(CML组)和30例健康体检者(正常对照组)骨髓细胞中Cox-2与Bcl-2的表达。结果CML组患者骨髓细胞中Cox-2与Bcl-2的表达水平和积分明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05);骨髓细胞中Cox-2与Bcl-2的表达呈正相关(r=0.675,P<0.05)。结论Cox-2和Bcl-2可能与CML的发生、发展有一定的关系。
Objective To investigate the expressions of Cox-2 and Bcl-2 in bone marrow cells of chronic myelocytic leukemia patients.Methods The expressions of Cox-2 and Bc1-2 in bone marrow cells of 42 cases of chronic myelocytic leukemia and 30 cases of normal control were detected by immunohistochemical method.Results The positive rate and score of Cox-2 and Bcl-2 in chronic myelocytic leukemia group were significantly higher than those in normal control group(P〈0.05),and there was positive correlation between Cox-2 and Bcl-2 expression in bone marrow cells (r=0.675,P〈0.05).Conclusion The overexpressions of Cox-2 and Bcl-2 may be involve in the progression of chronic myelocytic leukemia.
