青春期女性Ⅱ类错患者拔牙矫治后颅面软组织侧貌的变化

Soft Tissue Changes in Adolescent Female after Extraction Treatment in Class Ⅱ Malocclusion

目的对青春期女性轻度骨性Ⅱ类错采用直丝弓矫治技术拔除4个第一前磨牙进行矫治,观察其软组织侧貌的变化。方法对15例女性青春期轻度骨性Ⅱ类错畸形患者均拔除4个第一前磨牙,采用直丝弓矫治技术进行正畸,平均治疗时间20个月。治疗前后均拍摄清晰全颌曲面断层片,头颅侧位定位片,面部正、侧位片。选择14个颅面软组织测量项目,观察其治疗前后变化。结果治疗后所有患者颅面软组织侧貌都有明显变化;上唇沟深减小1.76mm,H角减小3.04,鼻下点-H线距减小1.76mm,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论拔除4个第一前磨牙矫治青春期女性轻度骨性Ⅱ类错虽不能矫治上下颌骨矢状不调,但却能有效地改善颅面软组织侧貌,一定程度上解决美学要求。

Objective To investigate the soft tissue changes by treatment of extracting four first premolar in Class ⅡDivision l malocclusion in adolescent female.Methods 15 adolescent females with Class ⅡDivision l malocclusion were selected.They were treated by extracting four first molar with straight wire technique.The average treating time was 20 months.They all took high quality parametrics、cephalometrics and photoes before and after treatment.Results There were significant changes among the soft tissue profiles of all patients.There had no significant change.The distance of SN-UL、H angle and the distances of SN to H Line decreased significantly by 1.76 mm、3.04°、1.76 mm respectivety（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The soft tissue profile had validly changes by treatment of extracting four first molar in Class ⅡDivision l malocclusion in adolescent female.
