摘要
以MJ-50型数控车床为例,通过分析主轴瞬时回转轴线的轴向窜动、径向跳动和纯角度摆动,以此确定主轴回转精度的评定指标;并对影响主轴精度的几种主要因素进行了深入探讨,为确定数控机床加工精度范围提供了一种新方法。
Firstly, taking the case of MJ-50 NC lathe, the spindle instantaneous turning position error is classified as axial shifting, radial moving up and down and angular swing. Secondly, based on above foundation, the evaluation indexes about spindle turning accuracy are set up. Finally, the main factors which may affect spindle turning accuracy are studied. The application example illustrates a new method for determining the machining accuracy range of NC machine tool.
