摘要
目的研究半枝莲中主要成分野黄芩苷对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖及侵袭能力的影响。方法体外培养乳腺癌MCF-7细胞,采用MTT法观察野黄芩苷对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的抑制作用;采用Transwell体外侵袭转移模型检测野黄芩苷对乳腺癌MCF-7细胞侵袭能力的抑制作用。结果野黄芩苷在10~80μg/mL浓度范围有明显抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖的作用;野黄芩苷可明显抑制乳腺癌MCF-7细胞的侵袭能力,且呈一定的量效应关系。结论野黄芩苷具有明显抑制体外培养乳腺癌MCF-7细胞增殖及侵袭的作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of the Scutellarin,the key component of Barbated Skullcup Herb,on galactophore cancer MCF-7 cell proliferation and invasion potentia.MethodsTo observe Scutellarin inhibiting galactophore cancer MCF-7 cell proliferation by MTT,and inhibiting cell invasion potentia by Transwell invade-transfer model in vitro.Results galactophore cancer MCF-7 cell proliferation is obviously inhibited by Scutellarin with the concentration ranging from 10 μg/mL to 80 μg /mL.And cell invasion potentia is significantly inhibited by Scutellarin,and it was a certain amount of effect relationship.Conclusions Scutellarin has manifest inhibition effects on galactophore cancer MCF-7 cell proliferation and invasion potentia in vitro.
